Role - Planogram VM Manager Department - Visual Merchandising Location - Chennai Experience - 3-4 Years Reporting To : Head - Visual Merchandising Role Overview: We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Planogram VM Manager with a strong background in women's fashion merchandising. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing planograms across retail formats, managing store layouts, and ensuring consistent brand presentation across all visual merchandising elements. Key Responsibilities: - Planogram Design & Implementation: Develop, update, and execute planograms for all Go Colors retail formats (EBOs, MBOs, kiosks). Ensure alignment of planograms with product seasonality, regional trends, and sales priorities. Coordinate with merchandising and planning teams to optimize product placement. - Visual Merchandising Execution: Oversee in-store display setups and window installations across key stores. Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure adherence to brand VM standards. Train in-store teams on VM guidelines and display best practices. - Tools & Technical Expertise: Design detailed planograms and store layouts using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), SketchUp, and AutoCAD. Create 2D and 3D mockups for VM installations and fixtures. - Product Display Strategy: Must have hands-on experience in handling product presentation, preferably in womenswear. Develop innovative display solutions tailored to the women's bottom-wear segment. Collaborate closely with the design and marketing teams to translate brand campaigns into effective visual displays. - VM Calendar & Documentation: Manage the seasonal VM calendar and rollout plans. Maintain accurate documentation and visual references for planograms and display standards. Key Requirements: - 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in a women's fashion or womenswear brand. - Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp, and AutoCAD. - Strong understanding of fashion retail environments, consumer behavior, and visual storytelling. - Excellent sense of space planning, color coordination, and display aesthetics. - Must have experience in handling product presentation, preferably in womenswear. - Experience handling a team is a plus. - Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills. - Ability to travel as needed for store installations and audits. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree/diploma in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fashion Design, or related fields.
