Job Description

Role Summary:

We are looking for a sharp, execution-focused Operations In-Charge – Order Processing to manage backend operations for a fashion e-commerce brand. The candidate must have strong knowledge of order management systems (OMS), marketplace platforms, inventory management, and pricing/MRP control. This role directly impacts order accuracy, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency across multiple channels.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Fulfillment Management

  • Manage end-to-end order processing across 6 warehouses servicing D2C and marketplace channels.
  • Ensure timely pick, pack, and dispatch with minimal errors in style, size, or pricing.


2. Issue Resolution & SLA Management

  • Resolve order flow disruptions, delays, mismatches, or system errors quickly.
  • Maintain platform SLA compliance during sale events, new launches, or campaign spikes.


3. Platform & OMS Operations

  • Operate on Unicommerce, Vinculum, or similar OMS/WMS tools.
  • Maintain sync between OMS and platforms like Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa Fashion, and D2C websites.


4. MRP & Pricing Control

  • Handle MRP changes, discount mapping, and price updates across platforms.
  • Validate price sync before live sales and audit for pricing discrepancies.


5. Inventory Management

  • Monitor and manage inventory accuracy across warehouses and platforms.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and merchandising teams for stock allocation, replenishment, and return inwarding.
  • Track stock aging, OOS (out-of-stock), and RTVs (return to vendor).


6. SAP & Backend Tasks

  • Create and manage sales orders, discounts, and invoices in SAP.
  • Ensure correct SKU-level data including batch, tax, and warehouse mapping.


7. Reporting & Coordination

  • Share daily RIS (Returns & Inward Summary) reports with the MIS team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, finance, warehouse, catalog, and customer service teams to drive process accuracy.


Key Requirements:

1. Graduate in Business, Fashion Ops, Logistics, or related field.

2. 3–5 years experience in fashion e-commerce backend operations.

3. Strong knowledge of:

  • Order Management Systems (Unicommerce, Vinculum, etc.)
  • Fashion marketplaces (Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, Flipkart)
  • SAP
  • Inventory control and replenishment workflows

4. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for reconciliation and reporting.

5. Understanding of fashion SKU structures (style/color/size) and platform SLAs.
