Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in

5+ years of experience
in
Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

mandatory exposure to cybersecurity, IT, or technology hiring
Proven experience in
end-to-end recruitment
for technical roles such as SOC analysts, security engineers, cloud security, GRC, and leadership positions
Strong understanding of
cybersecurity skill sets, certifications, tools, and role hierarchies
Knowledge of
Indian labour laws
