Position : CRM Executive Shift Timing : 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM Location : Bangalore About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Executive to manage client relationships, update CRM databases, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams. The role requires strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and excellent communication to maintain high-quality client engagement and operational efficiency. You will also support internal coordination for project requirements and client deliverables. Key Responsibilities : 1. Lead Management • Evaluate positive responses and share relevant leads/queries with respective clients. • Track, update, and follow up on leads for conversion opportunities. 2 . Client Communication • Manage professional email communication with clients regarding updates, invoices, and queries. • Build and maintain long-term client relationships. • Handle client concerns and provide timely resolutions. • Conduct cold calls with clients to gather updates and convert responses into valid opportunities. 3 . Data & CRM Updates • Manage and update records in Zoho CRM, Invoice tools, and DocuSign. • Work with paid databases and mass email marketing tools for lead generation and outreach. 4 . Reporting & Documentation • Prepare and maintain Excel-based reports, invoices, agreements, and monthly summaries for client activity. • Generate periodic performance and revenue reports for management. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). • 2–3 years of experience in CRM, Client Coordination, or Customer Relationship Management. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Knowledge of Zoho CRM, Invoice, and DocuSign. • Familiarity with databases, email automation tools, and MS Excel. • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
