1. Identifying the candidate's knowledge over the skill set required, ensuring availability and willingness to take up the job.
2. Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process
3. Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions
4. Responsible for identifying, posting, sourcing, and screening experienced professionals
5. Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
6. Ability to recruit with a sense of urgency.
7. Performing end to end recruitment process.
8. Creative to identify avenues to search candidates and keep active database ready for client requirements.
9. Ensuring that adequate numbers of qualified candidates are submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
10. Performing reference and background checks.
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Hands-on experience on Job Portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster preferred.
3. Follow up with candidates till joining date and coordinate with the candidates until they get settled in the company.
