Role Description

This full-time on-site role based in Jaipur is for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will manage and implement HR policies, oversee employee benefits, and handle personnel management tasks. The specialist will also support recruitment efforts, administer training programs, and ensure compliance with local labor laws while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and Personnel Management
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proficiency in relevant HR software and organizational systems
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic work environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations
