Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding)
• Handle HR operations including employee lifecycle, documentation, attendance, and HR MIS
• Process monthly payroll and manage statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS)
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and grievance handling

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in HR with strong exposure to IT recruitment
• Practical, hands-on knowledge of payroll processing, PF, ESIC, and compliance
• Experience in IT / Fintech / Technology-driven companies preferred
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
