Location: Pune / RemoteExperience: 3 to 5 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Summary:

We are looking for a motivated SAP EAM PM Consultant with 35 years of hands-on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance. The ideal candidate will support implementation, enhancement, and support projects, working closely with business stakeholders to optimize asset management and maintenance processes.

Responsibilities:

Assist in SAP PM module configuration and support activities.
Work on equipment master data, functional locations, maintenance plans, notifications, and work orders.
Participate in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, PP, FI/CO) for integrated solutions.
Support testing, training, and documentation efforts.
Provide day-to-day support and troubleshoot issues in SAP PM.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements.

Required Skills:

3–5 years of experience in SAP EAM/PM module.
Solid understanding of maintenance processes and asset lifecycle.
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
Familiarity with integration points with other SAP modules.
Ability to create functional documentation and support testing.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
SAP certification in PM/EAM is preferred.
