Required Skills:

5–9 years of experience in SAP EAM/PM module.
Strong knowledge of maintenance processes: corrective, preventive, predictive.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
Familiarity with integration points with MM, PP, QM, and FI/CO.
Ability to write functional specs and collaborate with ABAP developers.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with data migration tools (LSMW, BODS) is a plus.
Certification in SAP PM or EAM is an advantage.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP EAM PM Consultant to join our team and drive excellence in asset management and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module and a strong understanding of business processes related to equipment, work orders, preventive maintenance, and integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support SAP PM implementations, rollouts, and support projects.
Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP PM solutions.
Configure SAP PM module including equipment master, functional locations, maintenance plans, notifications, and work orders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, PP, FI/CO) for seamless integration.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in asset management.
