Schedule and coordinate interviews, including technical assessments and feedback sessions with hiring teams Manage the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and stakeholders from Sourcing to onboarding. Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and sourcing channel effectiveness. Skills Required for the Job: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 1.5+ years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in the IT or tech industry. Strong knowledge of technical roles, programming languages, and IT skills Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
