Job Title: Account Manager – Domestic Recruitment Location: Hyd Department: Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Reports To: Recruitment Head / Director – Talent Acquisition Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager for Domestic Recruitment to oversee client accounts Tech M , Capgemini , NTT, Coforge and ensure successful delivery of recruitment services across India. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal recruitment teams, ensuring hiring needs are met in a timely and effective manner. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts. Understand client hiring requirements and develop recruitment strategies accordingly. Manage end-to-end domestic recruitment processes across various functions and levels. Coordinate with sourcing and recruitment teams to fulfill client mandates. Monitor and track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, candidate pipeline). Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations. Ensure compliance with company and client hiring policies and standards. Address client feedback and resolve any issues or escalations promptly. Conduct regular review meetings with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment. Identify opportunities to expand service offerings within existing accounts. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–6 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a client-facing/account management role. Proven experience in domestic hiring (India), across various industries. Strong understanding of recruitment platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed). Excellent communication, negotiation, and client servicing skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and work under pressure. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred: Experience working in a recruitment/staffing agency or RPO environment. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
