About the Role

Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact for customer accounts.
  • Manage merchandising, sourcing, sampling, production, and shipments.
  • Build strong relationships with brands/buying offices.
  • Ensure on-time, in-full delivery as per quality standards.
  • Own P&L, costing, margins, and MIS reporting.
  • Lead and guide merchandising and sourcing teams.
  • Implement SOPs, processes, and dashboards for smooth operations.
  • Present regular business updates and maintain accurate data.
  • Key Requirements

  • 13+ years

    in merchandising, sourcing, or account management (export/buying house/garment industry).
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in

    Textile / Apparel Management / Business

    .
  • Strong knowledge of product development, sourcing, costing & supply chain.
  • Proven account management and vendor management experience.
  • Strong communication, leadership & analytical skills.
