Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management. Oversee sales floor appearance, ensuring a visually appealing display of products. Supervise sales team members, providing guidance on customer service standards and performance expectations. Maintain accurate records of stock levels, orders, and deliveries using our ERP system. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to loss prevention, safety protocols, and quality control. Desired Candidate Profile 4-6 years of experience in retail management or supervision role. Strong understanding of store operations, planning, controlling principles. Excellent communication skills for effective team handling and customer interaction. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks efficiently.
