This role ensures operational excellence, staff performance, sales growth, and superior guest experience across all stores. Key Responsibilities 1. Operations Management Ensure all outlets follow brand SOPs, hygiene standards, and food safety guidelines. Conduct regular store visits and audits to check cleanliness, product quality, and service standards. Optimize stock levels, reduce wastage, and monitor inventory accuracy. Ensure equipment (freezers, chillers, blenders) is functioning properly, coordinate maintenance. 2. Sales & Business Performance Drive monthly sales targets and improve outlet-level profitability.
