Partner Relationship – Inside Sales (Tea Industry) Location: Experience: 1–4 years (Tea / FMCG preferred) Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a Partner Relationship Executive (Inside Sales) to manage and grow relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and institutional buyers in the tea industry . The role involves daily follow-ups, sharing product updates, taking orders, and supporting partners to increase sales volume. Key Responsibilities Manage and support distributors and partners through daily calls and coordination. Share updated tea pricing, grades, blends, and offers . Take orders, follow up on requirements, and track deliveries with dispatch. Provide partners with product information, samples, and training when required. Maintain CRM entries and prepare daily/weekly sales reports . Identify and onboard new partners in potential markets. Monitor competitor pricing and partner feedback. Requirements 1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales / Partner Management (Tea/FMCG preferred). Basic knowledge of tea grades, blends, and market pricing . Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills. Ability to work with targets and handle multiple partners. Good command of MS Excel / Google Sheets. Education Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
