Key Responsibilities:

Oversee manufacturing, production, dispatch, and store operations efficiently.

Manage end-to-end factory operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely production.

Supervise and coordinate with the Production Manager and Store Manager for optimal efficiency.

Ensure adherence to quality control standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.

Optimize resource utilization, cost efficiency, and productivity.

Handle inventory management, procurement coordination, and dispatch schedules.

Implement process improvements and problem-solving strategies to enhance factory performance.

Requirements:

✔ Proven experience in factory operations management (Tea/Food Industry preferred).

✔ Strong leadership and people management skills.

✔ Ability to coordinate across multiple departments for seamless execution.

✔ Hands-on experience in production planning, inventory control, and dispatch management.

✔ Knowledge of factory compliance, safety protocols, and operational SOPs.

✔ Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
