Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Specialist located in Kolkata. The Customer Relationship Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, maintaining effective communication with clients, utilizing analytical skills to solve customer issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Preferred from FMCG/Ice cream/Tea Beverages/ Industries.

Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Communication skills

Analytical Skills and ability to solve customer issues

Experience in providing exceptional Customer Service

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Ability to work well in a team and independently

Knowledge of Agri Commodities and Tea industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business,Marketing, or related field
