Chaizup is a fast-growing teacompany committed to “bringing premium tea experiences to consumers across India”. With a strong presence in both B2C and B2B channels, we aim to build strategic partnerships with leading HORECA businesses and multinational corporations.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Manager to lead HORECA and corporate partnerships, including collaborations with MNCs. The role involves driving revenue growth, expanding brand presence, and managing high-value relationships across cafes, restaurants, hotels, hostels, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute HORECA and corporate partnership strategies to drive sales and brand visibility.

Identify, approach, and onboard new accounts across cafes, restaurants, hostels, hotels, and MNCs.

Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders at both HORECA and corporate clients.

Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and partnership agreements.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics) for seamless onboarding and execution.

Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and report regularly to leadership.

Represent the brand at corporate meetings, trade events, tastings, and promotional activities.

Key Skills Required:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language.

Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, particularly with corporate clients and MNCs.

Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Strategic thinking and ability to identify business opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or partnerships.

Pay: ₹30,632.37 - ₹50,779.64 per month
