About the Company:

Chaizup is a growing FMCG brand specializing in high-quality tea and instant beverages. We are expanding our footprint across South India and looking for dynamic sales professionals to drive growth and strengthen our distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly primary & secondary sales targets for assigned regions.
• Appoint, manage, and develop distributors and channel partners.
• Expand retail coverage and ensure product availability in general trade and modern trade.
• Implement sales promotion plans and merchandising activities in the market.
• Monitor market competition, pricing, and product visibility.
• Ensure timely collection and maintain distributor ROI.
• Recruit, train, and guide sales representatives (if applicable).
• Maintain effective communication with distributors and retailers to ensure smooth operations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 2–6 years in FMCG sales, preferably Tea, Beverages, or Food category.
• Preferred Market Experience: Vijayawada, Guntur, East & West Godavari, Ongole.
• Language: Hindi preferred; Telugu proficiency will be an added advantage.
• Education: Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
• Skills: Strong distributor handling, team management, negotiation, and market execution.
