Area Sales Manager (ASM)

You will be joining Jonmed Lab, a pharmaceutical company specializing in allopathic drugs for lifestyle management. As an Area Sales Manager (ASM), your role will involve expanding retail and corporate reach in Odisha. Your responsibilities will include: - Achieving monthly sales targets in your assigned territory - Promoting Jonmed Products to clinics and retail stores - Conducting sampling events and customer activations - Onboarding new outlets such as pharmacies, stockists, and distributors - Submitting daily visit reports and maintaining CRM discipline - Mentoring and managing sales promoters if assigned - Collecting market intelligence and competitor insights - Conducting competitor analysis and monitoring - Utilizing data for sales forecasting - Building and enhancing team skills To be eligible for this role, you should: - Hold a graduate degree in Science, Pharma, or Business (preferred) - Have at least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales - Possess good knowledge of the local territory in Odisha - Be willing to travel extensively - Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills - Own a bike and smartphone as mandatory requirements The salary package offered is between 5.0 to 5.5 LPA along with performance incentives and allowances.
