We are currently seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager (ASM) to enhance our retail and corporate reach throughout Odisha. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in field sales, clinic and pharmacy engagement, as well as territory expansion. Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly sales targets within the designated territory. Promote Jonmed Products to clinics and retail stores. Conduct sampling events and customer activations. Onboard new outlets such as Pharmacies, Stockists, and Distributors. Submit daily visit reports and uphold CRM discipline. Provide guidance and supervision to sales promoters if assigned. Gather market intelligence and competitor insights. Conduct competitor analysis and monitoring. Utilize data-driven approaches for sales forecasting. Foster team building and facilitate skill enhancement. Requirements: Graduate in Science / Pharma / Business (preferred) Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the Pharma industry. Thorough knowledge of local territories in Odisha regions. Willingness to travel extensively. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Possession of a bike and smartphone is mandatory. Salary Package: 5.0 - 5.5 LPA + Performance Incentives + Allowances Perks & Benefits: Travel allowance + Mobile reimbursement.
