Exp 5-10 yrs NP: Immediate to 45 days Location : Pune/Bangalore Contract role Skills : system Verilog, PCIe, Ethernet, verification JD: You will implement simulation testbenches, low power simulation setup, assembly/C language diagnostics, assertion checkers or coverage monitors to meet target verification goals. You will also assist with developing test-plans, debugging failures and analyzing coverage information. Must have excellent knowledge of computer architecture and design verification fundamentals Must have experience with Verilog and popular EDA simulation, System Verilog assertions and testbench methodologies Must have experience in developing complex test bench in System Verilog using OVM/UVM methodology Hands-on experience in AMBA protocol, PCIe MAC, USB MAC, Bluetooth MAC, Wifi 802.11 MAC layer protocol Experience in Low Power Simulation/UPF setup, debug low power simulation failures. Roles and Responsibilities Manage credit underwriting process for auto loans, including credit analysis, appraisal, and approval. Conduct thorough credit risk assessment to minimize defaults and maximize recoveries. Develop and implement effective credit policies, procedures, and guidelines for the organization. Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential customers' creditworthiness before disbursement of funds. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to lending operations.

*Experience on implementation and operational experience with regarding to SAP Basis Administrations (ECC , BW, CRM, EP,SCM, SRM, PI, BO, BI, Fiori, TREX and Solution manager) * Experience in SAP installations, administration, OS/DB Migrations in Unix & Windows environment. * Working Knowledge on both SAP ABAP and Java Stack * Must have performed SAP Basis Migration role in at least 2-3 Migration Projects * Technically proficient in Operating Systems (Unix/Windows/Linux) * Technically proficient in Databases (HANA, DB2, Oracle, SQL server, MaxDB, Sybase) * Significant system administration experience in SAP production system environment * Experience in HANA administration/implementation/migration * SAP certification preferred (NetWeaver/OSDB Migration/HANA Administration) * Should have offshore experience of working for global customer with good communication kills
