Deliver Business Targets – Achieve top-line and bottom-line targets for the Business by closely monitoring and driving key business metrics - Conversions, Core Key Responsibilities: Build financial models for new business initiatives, pricing strategies, or cost optimization. Work with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, product, etc.) to understand business drivers. Support annual operating plan (AOP) and rolling forecast preparation. Create the city wise PnL & impact on business Business data Reconciliation end to end ownership Set performance goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback. Oversee the accurate and timely processing of billing and payouts to DSAs. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Prepare and present regular reports on payout activities, trends, and discrepancies. Conduct analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Collaborate with finance and other departments to ensure alignment and accuracy. Ensure adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Identify and mitigate risks associated with billing and payout activities Requirements: Tier 1 graduate mandatory Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business analyst (preferably within the home loan or financial services industry.) Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and prepare accurate job descriptions/specifications for lateral positions. Build and manage strong talent pipelines for roles including: Interior Designers / Design Consultants Sales Executives Project Managers (Site Execution) Procurement & Vendor Coordination Roles Supervisory Hiring (Team Leads & above) Source candidates via multiple channels job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, headhunting, and professional networks. Conduct preliminary telephonic/video screenings to evaluate candidate suitability. Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders, ensuring timely feedback and closure. Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports . Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Partner with external recruitment agencies when required for niche roles. Stay updated with industry hiring trends, competitor strategies, and compensation benchmarks , particularly in the interiors & design sector. Key Requirements Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field . 01 year of experience in full-cycle recruitment , preferably in lateral hiring. Prior exposure to hiring in interior design, architecture, or home dcor domains is an advantage. Experience in recruiting for creative, sales, and operations roles is strongly preferred. Proficiency with recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems , and other sourcing tools. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills . Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment . Collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset .
