Job Title: Inside Sales Executive & Relationship Manager Location: Kaikondrahalli, Bangalore Position Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Work from Office About the Role We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executives & Relationship Managers with 1 to 4 years of experience to join our growing team at NoBroker.com . This is an exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about sales, client relationship management, and career growth. Salary Details: CTC Range: 4,56,072 to 5,13,948 per annum Fixed Take-Home: 2,76,072 to 3,33,948 Variable Pay: 1,80,000 Top Performers: Can earn up to 25,000 monthly in variable pay Employee Benefits: Health Insurance: 1 lakh coverage, premium paid by the company Meals: Free lunch and snacks provided Rewards & Recognition: Monthly awards for top performers Promotions: Promotions every 6 months based on performance Top performers can qualify for promotions every quarter (up to 4 times a year) Each promotion results in a salary hike and new designation Accelerated growth path capable performers can reach Unit Head level in just 3 months Engagement: Regular team parties and annual day celebrations Qualifications & Requirements: Experience: 1 to 4 years in Sales or Customer-Facing roles Education: Any undergraduate degree (BBA, B.Tech, BA, etc.) Skills Required: Excellent verbal and written communication Strong interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, and decision-making ability Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) Language Proficiency: Mandatory: English + Hindi At least one South Indian Language: Kannada / Tamil / Telugu Shift Flexibility: 9-hour login between 8 AM to 10 PM 6 working days a week (week off on weekdays) Roles & Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities Engage with prospects through outbound calling and develop strong customer relationships Provide tailored solutions and convert leads to sales Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure quality service standards Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets Training Provided: Comprehensive onboarding and process training will be provided to help you succeed in the role.
