Job Role Summary: Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for coordinating with all internal departments to ensure smooth workflow of the order management. CRM Activities Requirement capturing and evaluation with Sales & Product Team Preparation of Sales Quotation and Sales Order. Enquiry fulfilment as per the SLA set and report delays and variances. Quotation management tracking performance of quotes to Sales Order process. Coordinate with Product Managers for product pricing, specification, and availability to submit and negotiate quotes. Communicate order fulfilment status to customers. Customer Coordination Credit approval process management for customers. Provide data to commercial team for customer master creation in CRM and ERP Alerting Sales Team on credit breaches and blocks of customers. Coordinating customer requirements on documents, reports, and SOA. Support operation head in AR status report Administration Archiving and filing of relevant sales and AR records for future references. Update in CRM data related to RFQ, Quote, Customer Responses and Sales Order Confirmation. Understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities. Processing customers purchase orders and liaising with the logistics department to ensure the timely delivery of ordered products. Creating a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process. Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional service. Develop in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits. Follow up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
