Job Role Summary: Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for coordinating with all internal departments to ensure smooth workflow of the order management. CRM Activities Requirement capturing and evaluation with Sales & Product Team Preparation of Sales Quotation and Sales Order. Enquiry fulfilment as per the SLA set and report delays and variances. Processing customers purchase orders and liaising with the logistics department to ensure the timely delivery of ordered products. Creating a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process. Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional service. Develop in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits. Follow up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls. Job Summary The Technical Delivery Manager will be a single point of contact for Customer Projects and Service Delivery teams. A successful candidate will work with Sales & Service Delivery Leads to define the project requirements, schedules, and tracking activities to manage Project execution. As a Project Manager, you will lead a cross-functional team of tech leads to come up with Project plan, execution as well as Project estimates. How youll make your mark Coordinate project definition activity with Service Delivery Managers, functional managers, and Project executives. Lead all Project phases including design, implementation, testing, and documentation. Identify project risks and come up with a mitigation plan. Lead project review meetings, and track/report progress. Ensure process adherence and conduct periodic audits.
