Job Description

BDE/Inside Sales/Email Marketing / Lead Generation Specialist

  1. Data Research & Data Management

    • Conduct online research to identify the target audience and build its databases.
    • Extract, organise and maintain thorough healthcare data from online sources, directories, social and other platforms.
  2. Lead Generation, Sorting & Qualification

    • Generate leads via various sales approaches (Cold Calls, Cold Emails, Cold WhatsApp messages)
    • Categorise leads based on relevance, potential, and engagement level.
    • Coordinate with the sales lead & manager to prioritise and qualify leads for outreach.
  3. Communication Material Preparation

    • Assist in creating and refining

      email and WhatsApp scripts

      for initial outreach and follow-ups.
    • Support in drafting

      proposal

      and basic presentation materials.
  4. Outreach & Campaign Execution

    • Scheduling and executing

      email campaigns

      and follow-up sequences.
    • Conduct

      cold calling

      and

      WhatsApp outreach

      to connect with potential leads.
    • Send personalised emails and messages to book appointments or share proposals.
  5. Meeting Coordination

    • Schedule

      online meetings

      with prospects via Zoom/Google Meet.
    • Share meeting invites, links, and follow-up reminders through email or WhatsApp.
    • Maintain a daily calendar of scheduled meetings and ensure attendance coordination.
  6. Lead Follow-Up & Pipeline Management

    • Continuously follow up with leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
    • Update communication status, meeting notes, and next steps in

      CRM

      .
    • Maintain WhatsApp communication for quick responses and updates.
  7. Reporting & Coordination

    • Submit daily/weekly updates on lead status, meetings scheduled, and follow-ups completed.
    • Provide insights or feedback from leads to help improve campaigns and communication strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Any graduate with good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Candidates with a computer or marketing background will be preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, cold calls or inside sales roles preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an added advantage.
