JOB DESCRIPTION — Marketing & Tele-Counsellor (Education Industry)
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply)

Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic Marketing & Tele-Counselling professionals to support student admissions, outreach, and campus engagement activities. The role involves tele-counselling, lead follow-ups, campus visits, and face-to-face counselling with students and parents.

Position Categories

Female Candidates — Telemarketing / Tele-Counselling

• Handling inbound & outbound counselling calls
• Explaining courses, programs, and academic offerings
• Lead generation & follow-ups
• Maintaining student enquiry database
• Coordinating counselling appointments

Male Candidates — Telemarketing + Field Marketing

• Tele-counselling & lead follow-ups
• Campus visits and outreach activities
• Participation in seminars & student engagement drives
• Face-to-face counselling sessions
• Supporting admission conversions

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs
• Conduct F2F counselling during campus visits & walk-ins
• Maintain enquiry records and follow-up regularly
• Assist in admission drives & marketing activities
• Build positive relationships with schools and students
• Work closely with the academic & admissions team

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate / Undergraduate can apply
• 0–2 years of experience (Freshers welcome)
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Comfortable with telecalling & student interaction
• Willingness to participate in field activities (for male candidates)

Preferred Skills

• Student counselling or tele-calling background (advantage)
• Confidence in face-to-face counselling
• Basic computer & MS Office skills
• Customer-handling & relationship-building ability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,336.96 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
