We’re looking for a smart, ambitious, and highly driven Business Development Executive who understands IT services, digital marketing solutions, SaaS products, website/app development, and technology-led projects . Someone who can think strategically, build relationships with decision-makers, and drive revenue growth across our brands. If you enjoy solving business problems, working with tech teams, crafting value-driven proposals, and building long-term partnerships — this role gives you the perfect stage. Key Responsibilities Generate qualified leads for software development, UI/UX, digital marketing, and product development projects . Engage with startups, SMBs, and enterprise clients to understand business goals and recommend solutions. Manage the full sales funnel: prospecting → pitching → proposal → negotiation → closure . Collaborate with internal teams (Tech, Design, Marketing, Delivery) to create accurate FRDs, commercial proposals, and timelines . Maintain relationships with key accounts and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Represent 12Grids in client meetings, demos, webinars, and industry events . Track sales metrics, CRM updates, and pipeline reporting. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, AI-driven solutions, and marketing innovations to pitch smarter and close faster. What You Bring 2–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in IT services or Digital Marketing agencies . Strong understanding of web/app development, SaaS, AI tools, CRM usage, SEO, performance marketing , and related domains. Ability to translate client requirements into actionable project scopes. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Hustle mindset: proactive, target-oriented, and great at building relationships.
