We are hiring Inside Sales Executives for a high-ticket value sales role at our Mumbai office. This role is ideal for professionals with prior sales calling experience who are comfortable working in a target-driven and incentive-based environment.

The position involves engaging with prospective customers over calls, presenting offerings, and closing high-value sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers interested in starting a car wash business with Hoora
  • Clearly explain Hoora’s car wash kits, business model, and setup support
  • Pitch and sell high-ticket business enrollment plans ranging between ₹2–3 Lakhs
  • Understand customer requirements and address queries related to investment, ROI, and business setup
  • Handle objections confidently and guide prospects toward enrollment and closure
  • Follow up with interested leads to drive conversions
  • Consistently work towards daily and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversion

About the Process

  • Brand: Hoora
  • Offering: Car wash kits and end-to-end support to help individuals set up their own car wash business
  • Deal Size: Approximately ₹2–3 Lakhs per enrollment
  • Sales Model: Lead engagement → Business pitch → Objection handling → Closure

Who Will Succeed in This Role

  • Candidates with prior experience in inside sales / tele-sales / business sales
  • Professionals comfortable discussing investment-based offerings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
