Role & responsibilities Executive - HR & Admin to manage the day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions of our office. This role requires a keen understanding of the manufacturing industry, effective vendor management, inventory control, and cost optimization. The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, including production, quality control, and logistics, to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials. Key Responsibilities: Procurement of Goods and Services: Source, select, and negotiate with suppliers for the purchase of materials, equipment, and services required by various departments. Issue purchase orders (POs) based on requisitions received from internal teams. Ensure goods and services meet quality standards, and delivery is on time. Supplier Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing. Evaluate and select suppliers based on price, quality, service, and delivery capabilities. Inventory Management: Ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained to meet production or operational needs.
