About Futwork:

Futwork is a tech-driven platform that enables businesses to scale outbound and inbound voice operations through a trained network of remote telecallers. We blend technology and distributed workforce management to build agile voice support teams for modern businesses.


Role Overview:

We are looking for an Account Manager to manage client relationships and project delivery for voice-based and non-voice based BPO campaigns. The role involves working closely with clients to understand requirements, ensure service levels are met, and coordinate internal operations teams for flawless execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Understand client needs and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, QA, training) to deliver on SLAs.
  • Monitor campaign performance, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to clients.
  • Conduct regular review meetings and maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and share performance reports, campaign insights, and improvement plans.
  • Work with operations to scale calling efforts and manage workforce allocation.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and continuous engagement with clients.


Requirements:

  • Preferred BPO experience – preferably in client-facing or account handling roles.
  • Mandatory client handling / client facing roles
  • 1–3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or operations.
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets and reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Analytical thinking.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Experience in managing voice-based campaigns (inbound/outbound).
  • Understanding of CRM or ticketing systems.


Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Marol, Andheri East. Mumbai (Onsite)

Working Days: 6 days/week, 4 days/week from the office.
