candidate must have proven, hands-on experience in an agency setting with the following: Meta Ads Mastery: Experience building funnel strategies (Awareness -> Consideration -> Conversion). Expertise in Facebook Pixel, Conversions API, and Audience creation (Custom, Lookalike). Proven ability to manage budgets from $1k - $20k+/month per client. Google Ads Mastery: Certified in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube). Experience with Smart Bidding strategies (Target CPA, Target ROAS). Ability to conduct keyword research and build high-intent search campaigns. Influencer & Affiliate Marketing: Experience in managing the process , not just being an influencer. This includes: Influencer discovery, vetting, and outreach. Contract negotiation and management. Campaign briefing and creative direction. Tracking performance (using UTM parameters, discount codes, etc.). Understanding of affiliate network platforms (e.g., Impact, ShareASale) is a plus. YouTube Ads: Knowledge of different YouTube ad formats (Skippable in-stream, Bumper, Discovery). Understanding of how to use YouTube for both brand awareness and direct response. LinkedIn Advertising: Experience running B2B lead generation campaigns. Expertise in targeting by job title, company size, industry, etc. The "Agency Toolkit" (Non-Negotiable): Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) proficiency. Must be able to track conversions and attribute results. Reporting: Experience with tools like Google Data Studio (Looker Studio) to build client reports. Client Management: Ability to explain complex data to clients, manage expectations, and handle client communications. Project Management: Familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, or ClickUp.
