As a US IT Recruiter, you will work with the US market, sourcing and hiring top IT talent for our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.
• Understand client requirements and match candidates with relevant job opportunities.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Work in US Shift timings (Night Shift) to support US-based clients.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
• Good learning attitude and willingness to work in night shifts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
