Job Description:

Sr. Java Developer (Java & Microservices) to join our Product Development team. You will play a key role in modernizing our tech stack, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing applications that deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret and translate business/functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, QA, and other cross-functional teams.
• Design and develop scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions.
• Write and maintain unit test cases; conduct code reviews.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
• Assist in preparing design documents and handle technical risks proactively.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Java (19), Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Microservices, REST, JWT, Multithreading.
• Messaging frameworks: Kafka, RabbitMQ.
• Strong database knowledge: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, MongoDB.
• ORM frameworks: JPA/Hibernate.
• Testing frameworks: JUnit, Mockito, TestNG.

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure.
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.
• Familiarity with BPMN, Rule Engines, Solr/Endeca/Lucene.
• Exposure to React or other JS frameworks.
• Prior experience in Startups / Product Development environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,200,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
