Job Title: US Healthcare Recruiter (Travel Nursing) Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh – Onsite Job Type: Full-Time | Night Shift Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years (with focus on Travel Nursing recruitment ) Urgent Hiring – Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role: Infireex is actively seeking an experienced and enthusiastic US Healthcare Recruiter with a strong background in Travel Nursing recruitment to join our Indore-based team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and placing top-tier healthcare professionals – primarily Travel Nurses – across various client locations in the United States. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment of Travel Nurses and other healthcare professionals for US-based clients Source candidates using job boards, internal databases, social media, and direct outreach Screen and qualify candidates based on client needs, compliance, and credentialing requirements Maintain active communication with candidates through the entire hiring lifecycle Coordinate interviews, manage offers, and ensure timely onboarding Meet daily/weekly/monthly recruitment metrics and KPIs Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring needs Stay current on US healthcare staffing trends, licensure, and regulations Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment, with hands-on Travel Nursing recruitment experience Strong understanding of healthcare roles, terminology, and compliance requirements in the US Proficiency in using job portals like Indeed, Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, etc. Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Willingness to work night shift (US Time Zones) from the Indore office Apply now and be part of a team that makes a real impact, every day.
