You will be responsible for identifying, marketing, and placing bench consultants with clients while building strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and market bench consultants to potential clients.
• Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements.
• Screen, interview, and select candidates for client projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants and clients.
• Negotiate contract terms and closures.
