The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US IT staffing, experience with marketing bench candidates (H1B, GC, EAD, etc.), and proven leadership capabilities. This role involves mentoring junior recruiters, driving sales targets, and building client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Lead, train, and mentor a team of Bench Sales Recruiters to achieve individual and team goals.
