Job Description

Identify and connect with US-based job seekers/consultants actively looking for new opportunities. Use LinkedIn, job boards, databases, email campaigns, cold calling, and social media to source candidates. Build relationships with consultants, understand their skills/availability, and align them with open requirements. Maintain an updated pool of active candidates in the database/CRM. Share job openings with consultants and encourage them to apply. Coordinate with the recruitment/bench sales team to submit candidates to client requirements. Regular follow-ups with candidates to ensure engagement and availability. Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing/HR preferred). 0–2 years of experience in lead generation / recruitment / US staffing. Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken). Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other sourcing tools. Ability to work in night shifts (aligning with US time zone). Target-driven, organized, and a strong relationship builder.
