We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants to prime vendors and direct clients, and submitting consultants to job requirements across various platforms. Key Responsibilities: Market available bench consultants (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, EAD, etc.) to Tier 1 vendors and direct clients. Identify requirements from various job boards and social media. Submit qualified consultants to open job requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants. Negotiate rate and terms with clients and vendors. Regular follow-ups with consultants and vendors for feedback and interview updates. Update and maintain the internal database of candidates and requirements. Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Sales Recruitment, and Hiring skills Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or similar role in the IT staffing industry. Strong understanding of IT technologies and market trends. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience in the IT industry Experience in recruiting for IT roles is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹10,521.11 - ₹42,120.21 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday Night shift US shift Work Location: In person
