Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing team in Hyderabad. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will play a vital role in matching top IT talent with leading companies. You’ll drive bench sales, build lasting client relationships, and oversee all aspects of recruitment—from sourcing to placement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Recruitment: Identify, attract, and engage top IT talent for contract and full-time roles.
  • Full-Life Cycle Recruiting: Manage the recruiting process from initial contact to successful placement.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong client partnerships for repeat business.
  • Client Development: Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and expand business opportunities.
  • Bench Sales Management: Ensure successful placement of candidates onto client projects, managing bench resources and supporting revenue generation.
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and clients, providing a seamless hiring experience.
Qualifications
  • Experience in sales recruitment and full-life cycle recruiting within IT staffing or a related field.
  • Strong skills in hiring, account management, and client development.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-starter with the ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline preferred.
