Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter located in Vijayawada & Hyderabad. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for marketing our IT consultants, identifying potential client leads, developing relationships with clients, negotiating contract terms, and coordinating placement of consultants. Daily tasks include analyzing job requirements, working with account managers, leveraging databases for sourcing, and ensuring successful placements. Qualifications Proven experience in marketing IT consultants and identifying potential client leads Strong networking skills and experience in developing client relationships Excellent negotiation and communication skills Ability to analyze job requirements and source suitable candidates Proficiency in working with databases and leveraging them for recruitment purposes Understanding of contract terms and ability to negotiate effectively Experience working with account managers and coordinating consultant placements Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field Flexibility to adapt to dynamic environments and handle unanticipated challenges
