Role Description Production Management and Process Optimization- Oversee and analyse daily manufacturing operations. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize production output and quality. Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate the production and operations team to achieve performance targets. Allocate manpower based on workload and priorities. Quality Control: Ensure compliance with quality standards, including inspection of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods. Coordinate with the QC team for consistent quality output.
