Salary Offered: upto 5.50 LPA

Objective of the position

Being hired to manage office IT hardware /software/network related technical support requirements.

Educational Qualifications :

Technical Skills:

PowerShell and Bash scripting
Microsoft Server and Linux administration
Web Servers (IIS)
Application troubleshooting
IT Hardware and Software support
Networking fundamentals

Soft Skills:

Self-driven and innovative mindset
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Team player with the ability to support and collaborate effectively

Job Responsibilities:

Proficient in PowerShell and Bash scripting.
Installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of hardware, software, and network/system issues (Windows and Linux environments).
Hands-on experience with configuring routers and access points. Solid understanding of IP addressing/subnetting, OSI model, switches, and hubs.
Firewall expertise includes VPNs, routing, NAT/PAT, and application security.
Basic understanding of application servers such as IIS and SQL Server.
Familiarity with IT system reporting and monitoring tools.
Ability to resolve technical issues for remote users via phone or remote access tools.
