Python (RPA Project)

Role Overview: As an automation engineer, your focus will be on designing and implementing intelligent automation solutions using Python, GenAI models, and RPA techniques. You will be responsible for developing scalable automation frameworks, performing data extraction/parsing from multiple sources, and integrating systems to support business workflows. Key Responsibilities: - Automation Development: Build and maintain RPA solutions for tasks such as web scraping (traditional and AI-driven), PDF parsing, and OCR-based data extraction. - GenAI Integration: Implement intelligent data parsing pipelines using LLMs (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Grok, etc.) and prompt engineering. - Application Development: Design, develop, and optimize Python-based applications for performance and scalability. - System Integration: Work on MCP server integration and front-end/back-end service connectivity. - Code Quality: Write clean, testable, and scalable code; participate in code reviews and documentation. - Problem Solving: Identify bugs, performance issues, and bottlenecks, then implement effective fixes. - Research & Innovation: Explore and apply emerging AI-based automation tools, frameworks, and approaches. Qualification Required: - Programming & Core Tech: - Strong expertise in Python and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). - Proficiency with Python libraries: Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, BeautifulSoup, Selenium, Tabula, PyMuPDF, PyPDF2, Tesseract OCR. - AI & Automation: - Hands-on experience with GenAI tools (OpenAI GPT APIs, Google Gemini, Grok, etc.) for intelligent parsing. - Knowledge of prompt engineering for structured data extraction. - Experience with both traditional scraping (BeautifulSoup, Selenium) and AI agent-based web scraping. - Frameworks & Databases: - Skilled in Django, Flask, FastAPI, Streamlit. - Database exposure: MySQL, MSSQL, Redis DB, MongoDB (optional). - Integration & Cloud: - Knowledge of MCP server integration. - Working with AWS services: S3, Lambda, API Gateway. - DevOps & Tools: - Familiarity with Git/GitHub, Docker, Jira. - IDEs: PyCharm, Spyder, Jupyter Notebook, VS Code.
