Sales Associate

Lead Generation: Identify and contact potential candidates through online platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, etc.). Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for recruitment and training services. Cold calling, emailing, and networking to generate interest and inquiries. Candidate Engagement & Onboarding: Explain company services and career opportunities to potential candidates. Collect and verify candidate information and documents. Guide candidates through the registration and onboarding process. Promote Services: Clearly communicate the benefits of WhitePolar’s training and placement services. Recommend suitable services (such as training or resume development) based on candidate needs. Payment Collection: Follow up with candidates to ensure timely service fee payments. Provide payment assistance and support through proper invoicing and customer service. Maintain accurate records of transactions and receipts. Reporting & Coordination: Maintain records in CRM or internal tools. Coordinate with internal teams (training, recruitment, HR) to ensure smooth candidate handoff. Provide regular updates to the sales manager/team lead. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or recruitment preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Basic knowledge of the IT industry and job market trends Comfortable using CRM, email, MS Office, and social media platforms Target-driven with a persuasive personality
