Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader – Bench Sales Recruiter to lead and manage our Bench Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US IT staffing, experience with marketing bench candidates (H1B, GC, EAD, etc.), and proven leadership capabilities. This role involves mentoring junior recruiters, driving sales targets, and building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of Bench Sales Recruiters to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies for marketing bench consultants to staffing vendors and end clients.
  • Source, screen, and place qualified IT professionals through established client relationships or new business development.
  • Monitor and ensure quick turnaround of submissions and interviews.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of active candidates available for immediate submission.
  • Build and nurture vendor and client relationships for contract staffing requirements.
  • Ensure all team members follow best practices, maintain documentation, and utilize internal tools efficiently.
  • Track team performance metrics and provide weekly status reports to management.
  • Resolve team issues, assist in negotiations, and support closing deals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales Recruiting.
  • At least 1–2 years in a leadership or team management role.
  • Proven ability to market consultants (H1B, EAD, GC, and US Citizens) effectively.
  • Strong understanding of US staffing, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa classifications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
  • Experience with ATS tools, job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), and vendor portals.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
