Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader located in Jaipur. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operations, managing team performance, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The role also includes setting clear team goals, monitoring team performance, and reporting on metrics. The Team Leader will also be responsible for providing mentorship and support to team members, facilitating open communication, and fostering a positive team environment.
