Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our team in the CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading teams and driving business growth.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and targets.
Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Experience working in an international setting, preferably in the CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry.
