Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Telecalling Collection Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 Year of experience in collections, a personal laptop with good internet connectivity, and strong communication skills in Hindi and English plus 2 regional languages. This is a work-from-home opportunity with performance-based incentives. Responsibilities: · Make outbound calls to customers to remind them of pending payments. · Follow up regularly and ensure timely recovery of dues. · Maintain accurate records of calls and payment statuses. · Educate customers about their loan repayment terms and consequences of default. · Resolve queries and escalate unresolved cases to the concerned department. · Meet daily and monthly collection targets. Requirements: · Minimum 1 year of experience in loan recovery or collection (telecalling preferred). · Must own a laptop and have a stable internet connection. · Proficient in Hindi and English plus 2 regional languages (spoken ). · Good negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills. · Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. · Familiarity with CRM tools or collection software is a plus.
Handle day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, ledger management, and reconciliations. Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly/quarterly financial summaries.
