Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, and social media. Assist customers with loan application processes, repayment queries, account issues, and product features. Ensure timely resolution of complaints and escalate complex cases to relevant departments. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Provide proactive support and educate customers about responsible borrowing and repayment options. Collect customer feedback and share insights with product and operations teams for continuous improvement. Adhere to compliance and data privacy regulations applicable in digital lending. Meet customer satisfaction, turnaround time (TAT), and quality assurance targets.
